REFUSED & RETURNED ITEMS

If an item is unavailable, NYS CAREPAK may substitute it with a similar item of like description and equal or greater value at no additional cost.
If you do not wish to receive substitutions, please clearly indicate this on your order form. We will honor your request. If no substitution preference is noted, a comparable item of equal or greater value will be selected automatically.
To better serve you, we encourage customers to list acceptable alternative items on the order form whenever possible.
